It requires surgery, a healing period and a higher upfront investment than the removable options. Long-term success depends on good oral hygiene and regular professional maintenance.
Removable, non-surgical and the least expensive option. Dentures rest on the gums and rely on suction, muscle control and sometimes adhesive to stay in place.
