All-on-4 uses four implants to support a fixed bridge replacing the teeth in an upper or lower arch. You clean the bridge in your mouth; it is not a denture you remove each night. The number and arrangement of implants recommended for you depend on your assessment.
An examination, medical history and appropriate imaging inform your plan. Discuss the proposed bridge, any extractions, healing arrangements and aftercare before consenting.

Suitability, risks and recovery
