He was very anxious about needles, which had kept him from treatment.

One tooth that had previously had root canal treatment was cracked and could not be saved. The rest of the front teeth needed rebuilding, and the bite needed to be adjusted first so the new work would last.

Treatment was carried out under intravenous sedation, so he could have the work done comfortably.

Nine to twelve months of Invisalign positioned the teeth and balanced the bite.

Extraction, bone graft and implant
The cracked tooth was removed, the site was bone grafted, and an implant was placed.

Front crowns and whitening
The front teeth were restored with crowns, and the other teeth were whitened to match.
